This vehicle is actually used in a few missions and you'll learn to ignore it, as it doesn't have much going for it when it comes to stats. It's got a decent acceleration past first gear, performs good when carrying items or vips and its big size might make for good cover, but that's pretty much it - it's somewhat unremarkable, you'll probably remember it just because it's an ambulance and not because of its average stats. There's usually a better vehicle down the road, so hop on one only if the other car available is a Cosenza.
If you really want to drive one, you can find at least two ambulances next to the hospital in Financial. They always spawn there. No reason on why you should, as there's a car spawner right next to them.

NOTE: This car has an activable siren just like Enforcer vehicles. You can turn it on and off by using RMB.
