The Broadwing is a great, cheaper alternative to the T-25. Has enough ramming power to make all cars but the heaviest spin out easily, can easily outrun higher tier cars when equipped with Nitro and is very stable, making it reliable when making your way from point A to point B during missions. It's also a pretty common sight in San Paro due to being one of the taxis.
It might be a boring and predictable drive, but the ramming power, great stability and good all-around stats make it a great combat vehicle and one of the best cars in the game.

Note: Criminals can buy the Billboard unlock from Joker Distribution, allowing them to create a pretty convincing Taxi replica, which can be pretty useful as a Spawn Point or as a Remote Detonator vehicle as it easily blends in with civilian vehicles.

Pros
  • Incredible ramming power for its weight; can easily push around any car but the heaviest
  • High stability, very reliable; hard to flip or lose control
  • Good all-around stats
  • Good cargo size: can hold MSU and a heavy item at the same time
  • 4-seater
  • Can be customized to look like a taxi; best car to hide a Mobile Spawn or to turn into a remote-controlled bomb
Cons
  • Civilian version comes in taxi flavour only
