The Fresno is a good alternative to heavy cars like the Pioneer or the Espacio, although it can be harder to drive due to the lower grip and bouncier suspensions, resulting in easy flipping when landing from jumps. The slow acceleration makes it hard to properly chase opponents - but if you manage to get close, you'll easily corner them and pin them into the scenery.
All in all, it's just another tank car that's slightly harder to drive than the factionals but can be just as effective. Pick it up if the Espacio/Pioneer couple is not your thing.
