Just like the Han Veo, this is a surprisingly valid car for the player on a budget. Its acceleration is almost on par with higher tiers, and the other stats aren't that bad, creating a car that is actually fun to drive while still being very solid. Plus, the cargo size allows you to carry Mobile Supply Unit AND a large item, which often comes in handy during missions. A good replacement for a Mikro/Vaquero if you don't want to spend too much money.
