This car is a small surprise - it's pretty fun to drive and can actually be useful during missions (expecially since it's pretty common - it's one of San Paro's taxis vehicles). It's one of the best "small" cars, but it's nothing remarkable when compared to higher tiers. Still, it's reliable and actually has its place in the game, so it isn't that bad.
