Unlocked by:
Macchina Cosenza (0-slot): Strega Bloodrose (Crim) LV4 / Eva Orlandez (Enf) LV4, $5,000
Macchina Cosenza FTV1 (1-slot): Lilith Bloodrose (Crim) LV5 / Saul Linklater (Enf) Lv5, $10,000, also unlocked by completing the Vehicles tutorial
Macchina Cosenza FTV2 (2-slot): Jeung Bloodrose (Crim) Lv5/Hea Choi (Enf) Lv6, $20,000
Macchina Cosenza FTV3 (3-slot): Michael Simeone (Crim) Lv5/Justin Teng (Enf) Lv5, $35,000
Macchina Cosenza FTV4 (4-Slot): Birth (Crim) Lv8/Ernst 'Mule' Templeton (Enf) Lv8, $50,000
The Cosenza is not the worst vehicle in the game. That was a lie - it is the worst vehicle in the game. Not only for its lack of stats, mind you, but because it offers nohing useful - it's slow, light, hard to drive, has small cargo size, looks like a pig and doesn't take much punishment.
While you can get a free 1-slot Cosenza by completing tasks for the in-game tutorial, the Calabria is a much better car for early game: just forget about the Cosenza and dread the moment the only vehicle you find on the road when you really need one is this one.
